Shortly before sunset, with a thunderstorm to the east and the Sun low in the west, this impressive rainbow appeared. The full primary rainbow is seen, along with portions of a second, outer rainbow. Although there was some rain falling, many visitors at Meigs Point stopped to watch and take pictures.
