Iceland Aurora (Looking west, with Corona Borealis)   HOME INDEX BACK NEXT

During a week-long stay in Iceland, we saw some beautiful aurora on four different nights. Although the pictures are nice, they can't really convey the experience of seeing the auroras live, with all of their movements, changes, and subtle colors.

All of the pictures were taken from a location about 10 miles south of Laugarvatn.
